RK Designs is a furniture studio and workshop in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. We design and make small-batch sheesham, teak, and mixed-material furniture for homes across India.

For the purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, RK Designs is the data fiduciary for personal information collected through this website. You are the data principal.

We only ask for what we need to reply to you, fulfil an enquiry or order, or send updates you have requested.

We use personal information for the reasons you would reasonably expect when you reach out to a furniture studio.

When you tick “I agree to the privacy policy” on the contact form, you consent to us storing and using your message to respond. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us.

Newsletter sign-up is separate. Subscribing is optional, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We also process information where it is necessary to take steps at your request (for example a quote or delivery) or to meet a legal obligation.

Order and delivery details are kept for as long as needed for fulfilment, warranty, accounts, and tax records, then removed or archived.
